yes it's really hard and yes, it's probably made for bodybuilders and that's exactly why I loved this! It's small, easy to place in a room and it doen't even take 10 pushes to feel my chest and arms getting the workout of their life. Idk what y'all are doing, but I'mma let you guys cook!
Dude! On day 1, I could only do 4 full reps. By day 17 my forearms have almost doubled in size and my chest has started to slim down! I'll probably be ripped very soon LOL. Gym isn't a place for me but this thing actually made me love working out
